Duration :

  • The duration of the course of B.A.LL.B shall be a period of Five Academic Years. Each year is divided into two semesters.

Eligibility :

  • The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.
  • The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year.

Note:

  • The afore-mentioned rules are subject to the guidelines issued by CCS University and Bar Council of India.
  • The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  • Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course.
